Seller Rules
By registering as a seller and listing an item for sale on BuckingStockYard.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and agree to abide by all rules set forth by the website. All required information provided by BuckingStockYard.com must be completed prior to all sales transactions.
A non refundable consignment fee will be required for each item listed for sale on BuckingStockYard.com and all fees are expected to be paid in full within 7 days of the end of each individual auction. If a seller chooses to not pay their consignment fee they within the specified time period they will immediately be posted on our blacklist which is viewed by all persons that visit BuckingStockYard.com and will not be removed until payment is received in full.
Our consignment fee schedule is as follows:
All items that are not sold due to lack of bids or reserve price not being met will be assessed a $15.00 no sale fee.

Buyers Rules
By registering as a bidder and placing a bid on BuckingStockYard.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and agree to abide by all rules set forth by the website. All required information provided by BuckingStockYard.com must be completed prior to all bidding transactions.
All auctions and the bidding within those auctions will end at 9:00pm (Central Time), although may be extended due to bidding activity toward the end of each auctioned item. If any one or more bids are placed within the last 15 minutes of any auctioned item that auction will then be extended an additional 15 minutes and bidding will continue. This process will continue until the bidding activity on that specified item has ended. This process ensures the highest sales price possible for each seller on BuckingStockYard.com.
BuckingStockYard.com will contact each buyer and seller associated with the sale of an item within 24 hours upon the auction ending. At this point it is the responsibility of each buyer to contact the seller of the said item to arrange payment and transportation. BuckingStockYard.com will not be held responsible for these transactions.
If at any point a buyer chooses to not follow through with the purchase of their item won BuckingStockYard.com can at this time ban this person from future sales and or purchases on our site. It is expected of each buyer to follow through and expect to provide payment on any item in which they bid on. BuckingStockYard.com asks that you do not bid on an item with the intention of not following through with the purchase. All bidders must be prepared to purchase.
All buyers at BuckingStockYard.com must be at least 18 years of age.
